This Policy defines the procedure for processing and protecting information regarding individuals (hereinafter — "Users") that may be collected by the Administration of the IBDA GLOBAL platform (hereinafter — "Operator") during the User's use of the Website's services. 1.2. Consent. By clicking "Submit," "Register," "Contact Us," or any other confirmation buttons on the Website, the User freely, voluntarily, and in their own interest expresses their Unconditional Consent to the processing of their personal data under the terms of this Policy. ​

 

2. CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA ​

 

2.1. Processed Data. The Operator may process the following data: full name; email address; phone number; professional information (place of work and job title); and business project data (which may indirectly identify an individual). 2.2. Automated Collection. The Website automatically collects technical data: IP address, cookies, and browser/device information. ​

3.1. Identification. Identifying the party within the framework of agreements and contracts with the Operator. 3.2. Personalized Services. Providing the User with personalized services and access to restricted sections of the Platform (Data Room). 3.3. Communication. Contacting the User, including sending notifications, requests, and information regarding Website use, as well as processing User inquiries and applications. 3.4. Matchmaking. Facilitating business contacts between Project Founders and Investors (Matching). ​

 

4. DATA STORAGE AND THIRD-PARTY TRANSFER ​

 

4.1. Confidentiality. The Operator ensures the confidentiality of personal data, except in cases where the User voluntarily provides information for public access. 4.2. Cloud Infrastructure. The processing, storage, and protection of databases are carried out using certified, third-party Enterprise-Grade cloud providers that ensure physical and digital data protection in accordance with international standards. The User consents to the cross-border transfer of data if necessary for the operation of the Platform's cloud infrastructure. 4.3. Transfer to Investors. By listing a project on the Platform, the User (Founder) gives explicit consent to the transfer of their contact and project data to verified Investors and Platform Partners for the purpose of discussing a potential transaction. Such transfer shall not be deemed a breach of confidentiality. ​

 

5. DATA SECURITY ​

 

5.1. Security Measures. The Operator takes all necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User's personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, or distribution.
